We are a Matsubayashi Ryu Karate dojo,
the Centre for studies of Okinawan Martial Arts, History
and Culture, keeping Okinawan karate alive in Eindhoven.

What makes us different

We teach karate in English, offering the vast Eindhoven expat community and to all residents a dojo right in the center of the City, where they can learn without the barrier that comes along with not fully understanding the Dutch language just yet.

Our aim is to provide a space where karateka can learn the way of Okinawan Karate, in an understanding and patient environment.

We are the Centre for studies of Okinawan Martial Arts, History and Culture in Eindhoven.

Beginners are welcome

We teach karate to students from the age of 10 onwards, as well as adults, regardless of age or level of experience!

All styles welcome

Regardless of what your past experience is, or if you are not familiar with our style, we value learning from, and teaching you, something new.

We also offer advanced training

We have dedicated classes for advanced students, which include advanced kata, kumite and kobudo training for those who are keen to learn.

What are our goals

The question for every practitioner should always be, “Why?”. Why do you want to learn karate? Motivation is important when it comes to anything we do, so…

What is our intention? What is the purpose of our dojo?  The answer is simple.

Community

We want to practice it together, as a karate family.

Wellness

Our Values
